2. Do you think about your bills and financial commitments too often or daily?
3. Are you satisfied with working your ass off and achieving your money goals?
4. Are you burdened with kids, college tuition, car payments, rent, insurance, rising food costs and health insurance costs?
5. Do you ofter feel frighetened about making too little money and meeting your oblgations?
6. If you’re in you thirties, you’re probably not thinking about retirement or financial planning. No big deal?
7. The experts say that when you are 32-35, you should have $250,000 put away or in a portfolio that will grow in a Roth IRA.
8. Are you in a blind spot about how you will increase your earnings and get out of debt?
9. Are you saving money each month after you pay your bills and after you meet all of your financial obligations? Can you save 10% or 20% of your paycheck bi-monthly?

he new world realization is to invest in other areas that yield great profits and residual cash income.  Put that cash income into the next investment and create wealth without the market.  The day’s of “Invest and diversify” are gone as far as I am concerned.  Real estate, transportation, Vacation homes and other arenas that will create great gains.  Buy 10 houses in a blue-collar neighborhood.  Hold them for 10 years and enjoy a Million Dollar plus profit.  That is only one stream of income.  You can have as many as you can handle.  I like to see 8-12 streams of income with investments that people NEED.  Not Want.
