he new world realization is to invest in other areas that yield great profits and residual cash income.  Put that cash income into the next investment and create wealth without the market.  The day’s of “Invest and diversify” are gone as far as I am concerned.  Real estate, transportation, Vacation homes and other arenas that will create great gains.  Buy 10 houses in a blue-collar neighborhood.  Hold them for 10 years and enjoy a Million Dollar plus profit.  That is only one stream of income.  You can have as many as you can handle.  I like to see 8-12 streams of income with investments that people NEED.  Not Want. PREPARE FOR FINANCIAL BATTLE. RETIREMENT READY?

People seem to hide in their denial and non-confrontational state of financial denial. They close their eyes to their own struggle and continue to endure that struggle every day. The get up early, go to work and then return home only to bitch about it or have a few beers to numb the reality. They go to bed and wake up the next morning to do the exact same thing. And by Friday, their boss has reaped the reward of their hard work and expertise. Sound fair?
